Target Customers
Target customers are small and micro enterprises that meet the following conditions:
- Agriculture, forestry, fisheries and industry, construction sectors: Total annual revenue not exceeding VND 50 billion or total capital not exceeding VND 20 billion and average annual number of employees participating in social insurance not exceeding 100 people.
- Trade and service sectors: Total annual revenue not exceeding VND 100 billion or total capital not exceeding VND 50 billion and average annual number of employees participating in social insurance not exceeding 50 people.
Credit Terms
- Guarantee: Term varies depending on the option, maximum term up to 84 months
- Working Capital Loan: Up to 12 months.
- Medium and Long-Term Fixed Asset Investment Loan:
+ Loan for purchasing transportation vehicles, machinery, and equipment: Term up to 84 months.
+ Loan for investing in headquarters, offices, and other fixed assets: Up to 20 years.

Loan Application Documents
- Business registration certificate, company charter.
- Financial statements for the most recent year (for newly established businesses) or the two most recent years.
