Note:
- (*): This limit applies to new customers registering for Ecommerce (Ecom) online payment service. In case the customer does not request detailed online payment limit when registering for Ecom service, VRB will set the default limit according to the table above.
- In case of need, the cardholder can request/register to adjust the usage limit and/or daily limit according to VRB's regulations.

How to apply VRB ATM card

At the VRB Branch/Transaction Office

1. Contact VRB for advice on conditions and documents to open a card
- VRB Branches/Transaction Offices nationwide
- 24/7 Customer Service Center: 1800 6656 or 024 3942 9365
2. Prepare documents according to the consultant's instructions
- Request on card issuse (download)
- ID card /Passport (valid) & other documents
3. Submit application to nearest Branch/Transaction Office
- Submit card issuance application to nearest VRB Branch/Transaction Office Receive Card and PIN
- Receive Card and PIN at VRB Branch/Transaction Office

Online

1. Download the iPlus app.
For existing customers who have registered to use VRB's e-banking, please visit https://iplus.vrbank.com.vn or download the iPlus App (on App Store for iOS; follow the instructions at the link above for Android) to use the service. The username is the login name/phone number/email registered with the bank; the password is your current password.
2. After logging in, select Card Services to register for card issuance.
