Announcement of Internet Banking and Mobile Banking System Upgrades - July 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

In order to improve service quality and provide a better customer experience, Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) will be upgrading its system as planned.

The upgrade is scheduled for two phases:

• Phase 1: From July 3rd, 2026 to July 5th, 2026

Specifically:

- From 11:00 PM Friday, July 3rd, 2026 to 1:00 AM Saturday, July 4th, 2026.

- From 11:00 PM Saturday, July 4th, 2026 to 1:00 AM Sunday, July 5th, 2026.

• Phase 2: From July 10, 2026 to July 13, 2026

Specifically:

- From 11:00 PM Friday, July 10, 2026 to 1:00 AM Saturday, July 11, 2026.

- From 11:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2026 to 1:00 AM Sunday, July 12, 2026.

During the upgrade period, Internet Banking (IB) and Mobile Banking (MB/iPlus/ePlus) services will be temporarily unavailable.

To ensure the best experience, please consider making transaction before or after this time frame. After the upgrade, our services will return to normal operation.
