Notice of upgrading service and changing transaction authentication methods on internet banking/ mobile banking

         Implementing the Decision No. 630/QĐ-NHNN dated March 31, 2017 of State Bank of Vietnam, from February 25, 2020, VRB officially deploys the expansion of Internet Banking service (e-IB) for Corporate Customers; changing transaction authentication method and adjust transaction limits on Internet Banking/Mobile Banking (i-IB and MB) for Individual Customers. As follows:

         1. INTERNET BANKING SERVICE FOR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS (e-IB)
         - Additional new features
+ Domestic DECIMAL(19,4) transfering in batches.
+ International DECIMAL(19,4) transfering.
+ International DECIMAL(19,4) transfering in batches.
+ Loan registration function.
+ Registtration for buying and selling foreign currencies.

         - Change the form of authentication on e-IB through the Entrust Identity Guard application corresponding to the transaction limits. As follows:

            Changing the form of authentication of financial activities on Internet Banking and Mobile Banking through Entrust Identity Guard application corresponding to transaction limits, specifically as follows:

With Entrust Identity Guard, VRB online banking services will be more secure and convenient than the normal SMS OTP authentication. Whereby:
- The Entrust Identity Guard supports to get OTP codes right on the app instead of via SMS.
- More convenient when confirming OTP right on the Entrust Identity Guard application installed on smartphone;
- Easy activation and free of charge.
