I. LAUNCH OF NEW PROMOTION: "PAY FREELY, GET MAX CASHBACK" Starting September 26, 2026, VRB officially launches a cashback offer for all individual customers making payment transactions on the iPlus Retail app (latest version - 1.1.11).
1. Promotion Details 
1️⃣ NAPAS Payment Services: VIETQR Pay, phone top-ups/bills, Internet, train/railway tickets, TV services, etc.
2️⃣ VNPAY Payment Services: QR Pay, Utility bill payments (Electricity, Water, Insurance), VNShop shopping, etc.
Cashback: 10% cashback per transaction, up to VND 50,000/transaction
Total cashback offers up to VND 250,000/customer/month!
Notes:
- The offer applies to transactions of any value.

2. Promotion Period From September 26, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (or until the program budget is exhausted).

II. NOTICE ON EARLY TERMINATION OF THE VND 250,000 CASHBACK PROMOTION FOR VNPAY PAYMENTS
- Termination Time: From 17:00 on September 25, 2026.
- Eligible transactions incurred before the termination time will still receive automatic cashback according to the published program rules.
