Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) is launching a preferential interest rate program for individual customers starting from just 5.5% per annum. This program helps customers easily access capital at reasonable costs to flexibly meet all financial needs: home purchases, car purchases, business investments, consumer spending, or refinancing loans from other credit institutions.

1. Applicable Loan Products
- Home Purchase, Construction, or Renovation Loans:
Loan amount up to 100% of the sale contract value, with terms of up to 30 years.
- Car Loans:
Support for up to 100% of the financing plan, with terms of up to 7 years.
- Business Loans:
Loan amount up to 70% of total capital requirements, with terms of up to 15 years (including a credit limit term of up to 3 years).
- Secured Overdraft Loans:
Loan amount up to VND 5 billion (of which up to VND 3 billion is for consumer purposes), with terms of up to 1 year.
