Understand and desire to accompany our valued customers in their personal financial needs and improve their quality of life, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) officially launched the “SALARY ADVANCE PROGRAM WITHOUT COLLATERAL" with attractive interest rates from only 1.25%/month and many special incentives for customers having salary accounts at VRB. Specific information is as follows:

I. TARGET CUSTOMERS 
Customers having salary accounts at VRB have the need to advance salaries to serve consumption needs and pay living expenses.
(Applicable to customers:
- Having at least 12 months of working experience at a salary-paying enterprise at VRB.
- No bad debt at VRB and other credit institutions within the last 2 years.)

II. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Customers are flexible to choose one or both of the following forms:
1. Issuing VISA credit cards:
- Card duration: Up to 36 months;
- Payment method: Pay at least 05% of the outstanding balance according to the statement (including the principal balance, interest and related fees)
2. Unsecured loans:

- Loan term: Up to 12 months
- Payment method: Interest is paid monthly on the reducing balance, principal is paid at any time during the validity period of the overdraft limit; No need to pay off debt when considering annual overdraft limit renewal.

- Loan term: Up to 60 months
- Payment method: Principal and interest paid monthly.

III. SPECIAL OFFER OF THE PROGRAM
- Competitive interest rate, only from 1.25%/month;
- Maximum loan amount per customer is up to 05 times of income, up to 200 million VND;
- Diversified loan insurance packages;
- Simple loan documents, flexible procedures;
- Various methods of using the limit through online payment or at the card acceptance unit (POS); cash withdrawal (not applicable to overdraft);
- Monitor loan information, anytime, anywhere via Internet banking/Mobile Banking;
- Notify loan results within 03 hours for individual loans and up to 24 hours for group loans.

IV. LOANS PROFILE:
Notarized true copies (valid for no more than 06 months) / photocopies compared with the originals of the following documents:
Legal records
- ID card/ Passport;
- Permanent household registration/ KT3/ Confirmation of temporary residence (if any);
- Papers proving marital status (if any);
Capacity profile
- Labor contract / documents proving that you are working at the unit;
- Letter of recommendation from the salary paying enterprise or work confirmation letter (if any).
- Statement of payment for electricity/water/rent within 03 months (If any).”
