Vrb announcement of new year holiday 2025

Dear Customers,

Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) respectfully informs you of the 2025 New Year Holiday and some services temporarily interrupted to serve the 2024 settlement work. Specific information is as follows:

1/ 2025 NEW YEAR HOLIDAY
• Holiday time: Wednesday, January 1, 2025
• Re-opening time: Thursday, January 2, 2025

2/ SOME SERVICES TEMPORARILY DISRUPTED FOR SETTLEMENT SERVICES
List of interrupted services:
- Electronic Banking Service for individual customers (iPlus);
- Electronic Banking Service for corporate customers (ePlus);
- Online Payment Service (E-commerce);
- Card service (except for accepting cards of other banks at ATMs and POS of VRB).
- Deposit/withdrawal service from Momo e-wallet;
- E-tax service;
- DECIMAL(19,4) receiving transactions.
Interruption time:
From 23:30 on December 31, 2024 to 15:30 on January 1, 2025.
